We ship all orders from our facilities here in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

From our artisans hands, packaged with loads of love, and sent straight to you!  

Express — 3-5 business day - priced per 1/2 kilo - starting @ $25 using DHL or UPS - tracking providing

*These are estimations based on average ship times and we cannot determine the exact number of shipping days to your location. As most of our shipments are international, we cannot predict delays due to customs, weather, and any other unforeseen causes.

International Shipping

Penh Lenh has no control over how countries choose to levy customs fees, duties or other taxes on incoming goods. We cannot predict what the customs fees will be as each country has its own set of individual policies. If you are not familiar with your countries importing policies and taxation practices, we encourage you to please check before ordering. The customer is responsible for any and all customs fees or taxes and Penh Lenh assumes no responsibility for such fees.

Damaged | Missing Items

Please report any damaged or missing items to us within 14 days of receipt of the package.  Email us at info@penhlenh.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If an item has been damaged, we ask that you please send us a photo of the damage as it will help us know if it happened in transit or if it was a technical design issue so we can work with our artisans to make sure we are producing at top quality!

Exchange | Return Policy

With the exception of damaged or missing items, all product sales are final and Penh Lenh does not offer any exchanges or returns.
